Delete Your Data

This page explains how to delete the data associated with 2048 Gridora Merge Blocks. There are two ways to do it, depending on whether you still have the app installed.

1. Delete from inside the app (instant)

If the app is still installed, you can delete your leaderboard record yourself. It is removed from our servers immediately — you do not need to contact us or wait for a response.

1. Open 2048 Gridora Merge Blocks.
2. Open the Profile panel from the main menu.
3. Tap Delete My Data. The button turns red and asks you to confirm.
4. Tap the same button again to confirm. Your record is deleted right away.

The confirmation step exists so the data cannot be deleted by an accidental tap. If you do not confirm within a few seconds, the button returns to normal and nothing is deleted.

2. Request deletion by email (if you uninstalled the app)

If you have already uninstalled the app, you can no longer reach the in-app button, so send us a request instead.

1. Email support@skyteamsoft.com with the subject “Delete my data”.
2. Include the player nickname shown on the leaderboard. This is the only way we can locate your record.
3. If the nickname is one that several players use, we may ask for your approximate high score to identify the right entry.

We delete matching records within 30 days of a verified request, and normally much sooner.

Why we need the nickname: the app is built for children, so we deliberately do not store any permanent device identifier, account, or email address that could be used to recognise you. The nickname is genuinely the only information that links a leaderboard entry to a person. This limits what we can look up on request, which is the intended trade-off.

3. What gets deleted

Deletion is permanent. We do not keep backup copies of deleted leaderboard entries, and a deleted score cannot be restored.

4. Data we never collect

There is nothing else of yours for us to delete. The app does not collect your real name, email address, phone number, location, photos, or contacts, and it does not transmit your device ID or advertising ID to us. It also uses no analytics or crash-reporting services.

5. Retention

Leaderboard entries are kept only for as long as they are needed to display rankings, or until you delete them using either method above. If you contacted our support email, we keep that email only until your request is resolved.
